We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

  • Identity Data includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier.
  • Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
  • Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
  • Usage Data includes information about how you use our website, products and services.

3. How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies on this website:

  • Essential cookies and local storage keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. These are always active — without them we cannot deliver the site you asked for.
  • Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, and tell us which pages people read and where visits come from. We use them only in aggregate to improve the site — we do not use them to build advertising profiles.
  • Third-party embeds. If you open the booking calendar on this site, Calendly loads in your browser and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

Analytics cookies are off until you switch them on. Nothing beyond the essential cookies is set unless you choose “Accept analytics” in our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Analytics data is processed by Google, which may store it on servers outside South Africa. We rely on Google’s contractual data-protection terms for that transfer, as permitted by section 72 of POPIA.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.

Under POPIA you have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent you have given (including your analytics consent) at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place while it was in force.
