Prices exclude VAT. Paystack charges their own processing fee (2.9% + R1 on local cards) on each sale, as they would anywhere. Meta charges for proactive marketing messages beyond your monthly bundle — see the FAQ.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Chatly runs on your existing business number through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Your customers keep messaging the number they already have saved — it just starts answering on its own.
What about the Meta WhatsApp costs?
Less than you would think. Since Meta moved to per-message pricing, replying to a customer who messaged you first is free — and that is almost all of what Chatly does. You only pay when you message someone proactively, like a promotion or a reminder to someone who has not been in touch for 24 hours. Those cost Meta roughly R1.00–R1.50 each; we include a bundle every month and bill anything beyond it at about R1.75 each, shown in your dashboard as you go. No surprise bills.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your own bank account. We set you up with your own Paystack sub-account, so customer payments settle directly to you — Chatly never holds your money. Our fee comes off the top of each sale automatically.
Do I need any technical skills?
None. We do the WhatsApp setup with you on a call. You need to know your prices and the questions customers ask you most — that is genuinely it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. It is month-to-month with 30 days' notice, no penalties and no lock-in. If you leave, we export your customers, orders and payment history to CSV and hand it over. Your data is yours.
How long does setup take?
About a week from our first call to going live, most of which is Meta verifying your business. The build on our side is quick — the waiting is on their approval, and we handle that paperwork with you.
