Best for solo professionals ready to fully automate their admin. Includes complete WhatsApp API setup, CRM installation, 5 FAQ automations, 2 WhatsApp Flows (for example a quote flow and a booking flow), Paystack payment integration, automated client status updates, cloud hosting with daily backups, monthly analytics and priority WhatsApp support with a 2-hour response time.
A once-off setup fee of R4,500 covers the full build and onboarding. Prefer to pay yearly? Annual billing gives you one month free.
The Enterprise — R3,500/month
For small firms with 2–5 employees or more complex operational needs. Everything in Pro, plus up to 10 FAQs, 5+ WhatsApp Flows, unlimited monthly updates, accounting integration (Xero/Sage), a dedicated quarterly strategy call, 1-hour support response, custom branded messaging and an advanced reporting dashboard.
The once-off setup fee is R7,500. Annual billing again includes one month free.
What about WhatsApp API costs?
Meta charges per conversation — roughly R0.20 to R0.50 per user-initiated chat. Chatly bundles your first 500 conversations per month into your retainer. If you go over, we bill the excess at cost plus a small admin fee, and always let you know before any overage happens. No surprise bills.
The 90-Day Guarantee
Sign up for the Pro plan and use it for 90 days. If you haven’t saved at least 10 hours of admin time or collected at least R5,000 in payments through Chatly, we refund your most recent month’s retainer. No awkward conversations, no fine print.

Yes — a once-off setup fee (R4,500 for Pro, R7,500 for Enterprise) covers the full build and onboarding. It is non-refundable once onboarding work has been delivered.
Do you offer a discount for paying annually?
