Two self-serve plans, plus Enterprise for larger businesses. You pay a monthly fee and a small percentage of each sale — nothing else. Payments settle straight into your own bank account, so Chatly never holds your money. Every cost, including the ones Paystack charges rather than us, is listed below.

Pro — R450/month
For a shop or reseller already selling on WhatsApp. You get your catalog inside WhatsApp, a cart and checkout, payment links, orders and customers with full chat history, branded PDF receipts sent automatically, a shared inbox with human handover, an in-person till with QR payments, and recurring subscriptions. One WhatsApp number.
No setup fee, and you can cancel any time. WhatsApp message fees are billed by Meta directly to your own WhatsApp Business account.
Growth — R950/month
For a growing store. Everything in Pro, plus up to 3 WhatsApp numbers, loyalty points and rewards, cross-sell suggestions at checkout, team members with roles and permissions, and priority support.

Enterprise: let's talk
For businesses connecting Chatly to their own systems (an ERP, a booking platform, a franchise back office) or running many WhatsApp numbers. Everything in Growth, plus as many numbers as you need, a REST API and webhooks, live API keys with a test sandbox for your developers, a monthly invoice instead of a card checkout, and hands-on setup.

What it costs to take a payment
Your customer pays by card. Paystack processes the payment and settles it directly into your own bank account — Chatly is never in the middle of your money. Two fees come off: Paystack's, and ours.
On a R1 000 sale paid by a local card: Paystack takes R34,50 (2.9% + R1, plus 15% VAT on their fee) and Chatly takes R20,00 (2%). You receive R945,50. That is 5.45% all-in. Because the R1 is fixed, the percentage is lower on larger sales and higher on small ones.
International cards cost 3.1% + R1 instead. Payouts settle T+1 and Paystack charges R3 per transfer.
What about WhatsApp message costs?
Meta charges for WhatsApp messages per message, and bills you for them directly, on the payment method attached to your own WhatsApp Business account. Chatly doesn't resell messages or add a margin, so there is no Chatly line for them on your bill.
Marketing messages cost the most; replies and order updates cost less. Meta sets and changes these rates, so check Meta's current rate card at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/pricing rather than relying on a number quoted here.

Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The self-serve plans are month-to-month with no lock-in and no cancellation penalty. Your data stays yours and you can export it.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
You can switch between Pro and Growth at any time from your dashboard, and we prorate the difference.
Is there a setup fee?
Not on the self-serve plans — you sign up and start. Setup fees only apply to optional done-for-you onboarding, which starts at R4 500 once-off.
Who actually holds my money?
You do. Payments settle from Paystack directly into your own bank account under your own sub-account. Chatly takes its percentage at the split and never holds merchant funds.
What does Paystack charge on top?
2.9% + R1 per local card transaction, plus 15% VAT on that fee. International cards are 3.1% + R1. Payouts cost R3 per transfer and settle T+1. Those are Paystack's fees, charged to you, not a Chatly markup.
Do I need a bank account?
Yes — a business bank account in your name. Chatly blocks payment collection until your payout account is connected, so that a sale can never land somewhere it should not.
